Portfolio
Start with the problem
Start with the problem, not the tool. Describe who needs the solution, what fails today, and what a useful result looks like.
Build a baseline
Make your work reproducible. Include setup steps, a small example dataset, expected output, and a clear description of limitations.
Make decisions visible
Show your decisions. Explain one tradeoff, one failure you investigated, and one measurement that helped you improve the result.
Put it into practice
Submit a repository or demo alongside your architecture note and evaluation results. A reviewer should be able to follow your reasoning without guessing.
